《意见》明确，力争到2025年，汽车后市场规模稳步增长，市场结构不断优化，规范化水平明显提升，后市场在汽车产业链、价值链、创新链中的作用更加突出，新产品、新技术应用更加普及，新业态、新模式发展更加成熟，行业管理制度更加完善，汽车使用环境持续优化，更好满足消费者多样化汽车消费需求。
